Schabin is basically a stack of irregular sheets of loose leaf measuring about 4-6 inches. It is lustrous and broken metal leaf used for many decorative applications over a gold sizing liquid.
We recommend our synthetic Wunda size because it’s low odor, fast drying and easy water clean-up. It reaches tack in 15 minutes for gilding up to 36 hours. Interior use only.
